our bread

baker house bread is a bakery focused on bringing whole grain sourdough breads to the victoria square community. we exclusively use locally sourced organic and non certified organic grains in all of our products.

we are a very small team and can only produce a certain amount of goods each day. we bake everything fresh daily & strive to have zero food waste. while we are working to bake you as much as possible, we cannot always guarantee our entire menu when you visit.

baker house bread is not a nut free environment. if you have allergy concerns please contact us for more information !
